At times, it can be hard to pull through life. Like a ship, rudders stuck in the sand, you see the horizon ahead. The wind at your back. Sails ready for take off. But an overwhelming nudge of uncertainty surfaces.

"Maybe I can't do it. Maybe I won't be able to accomplish what I want. Should I even try?"

These thoughts are not uncommon, but there is a way out. It's through gratitude.

My name is Scott Ballard and I created the course The Gratitude Experience for this very reason. Sometimes we can't see the horizon ahead and doubts creep in as to whether the sunrise will ever come. But gratitude has an incredible way of pulling us out of such ruts of negative contemplation. How, you may ask? Well I have discovered that there is real power in creating habits of gratitude to grant inner peace and tranquility. It can sustain joy and even help you live in true contentment. So let's set sail!


 

How to use this course: If you haven’t already, click ‘Sign Up!’ to create a user account that will enroll you in this course. Each time you Log In, you will be directed to your Dashboard where you can see all the courses in which you are currently enrolled. If you’ve already enrolled, what are you waiting for? Click the ‘Continue Learning’ button on this page, and you will be directed to a Course Overview that will calculate your progress and show you where you’ve left off. 

On your Dashboard you will find tabs which will link you to other parts of the course. The Units tab will send you to a page where all of the Units are listed, each with a course progress percentage next to it indicating how much of each Unit you have completed. Bare in mind that if you skip through pages or assignments within a Unit your percentage may not reflect your true course progress.

The Discussions tab is a place where you can discuss the course with other students and ask Scott any questions. 

The Notifications tab will lead you to a page which will tell you if anyone has commented on your discussion posts.

Your Workbook tab is a place where your answers will be stored and can be referenced at any time.

The Course Details tab will bring you back to this page where you can see the comprehensive list of what is in the course. Once you are logged in, you may access any Unit or Page within a Unit from the list below.
