In this exercise you will write down the top 3 things you are grateful for today. Do this as the last thing you do before you go to sleep. Think about your day and write down in your own words what you are grateful for, why you are grateful for it, and what has been your personal impact. Here are a couple of examples:
I am grateful to my wife for her love and support, this has made me feel stronger and more confident in business meetings.
I am grateful to Hank for his friendship; it has made me feel cared for and that I have a confidant.
I am grateful to my good health because I have the energy to vigorously pursue my dreams, I will exercise daily to maintain it.
