- Find a quiet space.
- Turn off your phone, computers, TV, etc.
- Take three deep breaths and slow down.
- Allow only thoughts of gratitude in this moment.
- Start to review your gratitude journal and it’s daily entries.
- Send 3 people a gratitude note right now via text, email or phone. Do it! Do it! Pass it on!
- How do you feel right now in your soul? We have so much to be grateful for!
- Repeat as often as needed.
