There are times in life when we find ourselves in a negative mindset. When this happens to you or someone in your life, follow these 10 steps below to fix that negative attitude.

  • Find a quiet space.
  • Turn off your phone, computers, TV, etc.
  • Take three deep breaths and slow down.
  • Allow only thoughts of gratitude in this moment.
  • Start to review your gratitude journal and it’s daily entries. 
  • Send 3 people a gratitude note right now via text, email or phone. Do it! Do it! Pass it on!
  • How do you feel right now in your soul? We have so much to be grateful for!
  • Repeat as often as needed.
